Each team member is given credit for their work. Team shares credit. No one is asked to ghost team efforts.

We are experts on old buildings. We like to team with others who have complimentary but different expertise. For example, we might team with a multi-family architect to convert a historic building into housing. Or a library architect on a historic library.

It is important that all team members have a meaningful part of the work. The work should be allocated based on project needs and not based on targets for WBE, MBE, etc.
